Who it’s for

Practices with at least 500 patients overdue 12 months or more, with working phone numbers or mailing addresses for them.

What the words mean

Lapsed patient

a patient with no visit in the 12 months before we start.

Booked

an appointment created on your practice’s schedule.

Launch

the day your first reactivation campaign goes out. Your patient list has to be loaded and your practice’s texting registration approved before that can happen.

If we miss

We refund your $997 setup fee and keep working at no monthly charge until we book 25.

Fair use

Your fee includes up to 500 tracked postcards a quarter. We text and call first, and the postcard goes to the patients who did not answer either.

If a quarter needs more than 500, we stop there and tell you. We quote the rest at cost, and nothing else goes in the mail without your approval.

The AI receptionist includes up to 1,000 minutes a month. If you are heading past that, we call you before you get there, not after.

Full terms are in your agreement. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.
